1 oz Pear Puree

1oz Elderflower Liqueur

4oz Sparkling Wine

Slices of pear for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Combine pear puree and elderflower liqueur in a champagne flute.

2. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a slice of pear.
